Is Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD confirmed to run at 60fps?
Looking forward to this blast from the creative past > ala’ Rocket Knight Collection, and hopefully Monkey Ball Banana Rumble can beat the heights of SMB1 and SMB2.
Banana Mania on the other hand has lag/footage issues and Banana Blitz HD was designed with the Wii remote in mind to accommodate simpler stages. With the analog controls available in Blitz HD, the game is absurdly easy and quite a snooze to play. Although I recently played Banana Blitz(Wii) on my CRT TV (zero lag) and the motion tilt control DOESN’T SPEAK.
In general, I don’t find any of the monkey ball games fun anymore. The ideal the way to play will be with the Pro Controller’s Gyro, using it as if you were tilting the game boards… But with 100% reliability/accuracy. Even the smallest hiccup can cost you dearly! On the other hand, the analog stick steering doesn’t feel as intuitive or immersive as I’d like for a game like this.
