The study looked at the sexuality of 32,000 men.

A Harvard University study has pinpointed the exact number of times men need to ejaculate every month to prevent some harmful diseases.

According to a study published in the European Journal of Urology, high levels of sexual activity may reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

The study looked at the sexual habits of 32,000 men and concluded that those with higher ejaculate levels were less likely to develop prostate tumors.

The study’s lead author said: “We found that men who reported high, compared to men who reported low sperm count, were less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer in adulthood. Prostate Cancer Prevention.”

When it comes to how many times a man ejaculates each month, a team of researchers says that 21 percent can prevent prostate cancer.

“Having 21 or more ejaculations per month can protect you (men) from prostate cancer,” the experts told AltHealth.

The study found that men who ejaculated at least 21 times a month were 33 percent less likely to develop prostate cancer than those who did not.

Why this helps the prostate is not yet known, but scientists speculate that it flushes toxins out of the system.

Of course, ejaculation alone won’t completely cure your prostate. Experts say obesity, tobacco, high-fat foods and heredity are risk factors for prostate cancer, so cut it out for your own sake.

Dr. James Balch believes that a good diet is a good thing when it comes to prostate cancer prevention.

“If a man wants to get out of the operating room and get rid of prostate cancer, he has to move completely to eliminate the high-fat harmful foods and environmental toxins that cause prostate problems and start a wise nutrition program. Basic supplements that affect the prostate.”
