A significant question in the crash is whether Rice was driving the black Lamborghini involved. Per TMZHe owns a black Corvette from the crash, but he rents it from a company called Lamborghini Classic Lifestyle for $1,749 a day.

Kyle Coker, an attorney representing Classic Lifestyle, told TMZ that Rice was the only person allowed to drive the Lamborghini, and that the receiver had promised to pay for the car after the accident.
