Financier John Silvetz and model Deon Bray Madison Square Park’s 21 E. 26th St. are listing their popular Whitman condo at $13.75 million.

Built in 1924, the intimate condo has four floors, including a duplex.

Jennifer Lopez owns the penthouse, while the fourth floor belongs to Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky, as Gimme exclusively reports. The second floor is owned by NASCAR champion Jeff Gordon. Silvetz and Bray they got their units on the third floor for $10 million in 2013, as Gimme exclusively reported.

First of all It went on the market for $15.95 million two years ago with a different broker.

Silvetz, formerly of Deutsche Bank and BlueCrest Capital, is now at Eisler Capital, which has come under fire since Russia invaded Ukraine.

Because the Russian oligarch Mikhail Friedman, currently under EU and UK sanctions, helped Ed Eisler create one of Europe’s largest start-up hedge funds with $100 million from LetterOne Holdings in 2015. According to Bloomberg.

The 5,000-square-foot, four-bedroom, 5½-bathroom loft is smartly wired and comes with a custom elevator landing that opens to a foyer with a long hallway leading to an open living/dining room and chef’s kitchen.

Whitman was built in 1924.

The listing brokers are Jared Seligman of Corcoran Group and Eleonora Srugo of Douglas Elliman.
