Microsoft recognized the union, CWA says; the company has already recognized unions formed by Activision QA staff and ZeniMax Studios QA staff. CWA describes it as “the first wall-to-wall union at a Microsoft video game studio,” meaning all eligible positions will be represented by CWA instead of just one type of employee, according to CWA’s Katalina Brennan-Gatica. .
