The battle of the GOATS goes down in Tampa today as Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers take on Tom Brady and the Buccaneers. The Packers own the “Battle of the Bays” so far, with Green Bay jumping out to a 14-3 halftime lead.
With both teams missing a lot of wide games in Week 3, it gives other young players a chance to step up. That’s exactly what rookie Romeo Dobbs did on the Packers’ opening drive when he caught three passes for 35 yards. On Green Bay’s next drive, Rodgers marched the offense 71 yards on 12 plays and found Allen Lazard in the end zone for the Packers’ second touchdown of the game.
