We’re halfway through Sunday’s game at Arizona, where the visiting Rams went into the locker room leading 13-6 at halftime. The Rams took a 13-0 lead with four minutes left in the first quarter on two field goals by Matt Gay and a 20-yard field goal by Cooper Kupp.

The Cardinals put together a 19-play drive on their fifth possession after punting on their first four drives. However, the Cardinals’ longest drive to score a field goal came to an unfortunate end after the Rams’ defense stymied Arizona’s offense in the red zone. Arizona scored another goal before the end of the first half on a Matt Prater field goal. Kyler Murray threw for 169 yards in the first half, but the Cardinals’ running game struggled to just 14 yards on eight carries.

Aaron Donald made history in the first half, becoming the second defensive back in NFL history with 100 career sacks since individual sacks became an official statistic in 1982.
