  • The Chiefs listed four players. I wouldn’t have practiced. Wednesday: Wide receiver Mecole Hardman (hip), wide receiver Juju Smith-Schuster (knee), wide receiver Kadarius Toney (ankle/ankle) and cornerback L’Jarius Sneed (concussion). These will be names to watch as we move through this week and into next week. The media will have a glimpse of the event next Thursday.
  • There is less risk Certain Participants, expect Trey Smith (ankle) and linebacker Willie Gay (shoulder). With 11 days to go before Super Bowl LVI, the expectation is that Smith and Gay will be fine come game day.
  • The good news for the Chiefs is that Travis Kelce and Jody Fortson are not on the roster, meaning they should be fine when the team takes the field on Thursday.
  • As a reminder: Running back Clyde Edwards-Heller (ankle) remains on injured reserve and therefore does not need to appear on the Chiefs’ injury report.
