A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) study found that mRNA vaccines for the Covid-19 virus were not associated with cardiac deaths in young adults.

Three out of 40 people who died from the covid vaccine dose died within 100 days of receiving their vaccine. Two were because the person had a chronic illness and one was because of an unknown cause of death, the CDC said.
“The data do not support the use of the COVID-19 vaccine for sudden cardiac death in previously healthy young adults,” the CDC said.
In the year Although the risk of death from myocarditis in 2021 is higher for young adults, CDC remains an infrequent cause of death among this age group.
During the same period, 30 Oregonians in the same age group died from Covid, and only three of those who died had received any type of Covid vaccine.
The CDC notes that the report cannot rule out vaccine-related cardiac deaths after the 100-day mark, but “published data indicate that adverse effects associated with vaccines may occur within 42 days of receiving the vaccine.”
The study also found that a smaller population would reduce the risk of “a rare event such as sudden cardiac death” in that age group.
The CDC recommends the Covid vaccine for everyone 6 months of age and older to prevent infection, complications and death.
