EWS School Admission 2024: Eligibility Criteria
1. To enter a preschool or kindergarten class:
EWS and DG category applicants should fall within the age limit of 3 to 5 years.
Age of CWD or CWSN category candidates should be between 3 to 7 years.
2. To enter Pre-Primary or KG class:
EWS and DG Category: Age of children should be between 4 to 6 years.
CWS and CWSN Category: Children’s age should be between 4 to 8 years.
3. To access Section 1:
EWS and DG Category: Age of children should be between 5 to 7 years.
CWS and CWSN Category: Children’s age should be between 5 to 9 years.
Additionally, applicants must be a permanent resident of Delhi. To qualify under the EWS category, students’ annual family income should not exceed Rs 2.5 lakh.
