Trainers who attend the Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh in Los Angeles on the weekend of February 17th and 18th can participate in this Special Investigation that rewards Dialga or Palkia Candy and Candy XL.
The choice of which Pokémon Candy you receive depends on your ticket selection. If you chose the Diamond Badge, you’ll be chasing after Dialga. Pearl Badgers will follow Palkia as per tradition.
