Apple has a feature It can make your searches a little easier, and it’s called Spotlight Search. Available on all iPhones, iPads and Macs with iOS 8 or later.
What is Spotlight Search?
The goal of Spotlight Search is to reduce the amount of time wasted looking around for a specific app. on your phone Or that photo you sent to your friend weeks ago. Instead, you can type something into Spotlight Search, which will scan your device for anything related to the word you typed.
Spotlight Search can search many things including your music, contacts, email, weather, calendar, maps, news. and others. It can even generate results outside of the Internet and App Store. Or let’s say you want to do a quick math formula, currency conversion, measurement conversion, or temperature conversion. If so, Spotlight Search will give you the answers you need right away.

Why is Spotlight search better than searching in specific apps?
Instead of opening several different apps to search for something, Spotlight Search gives you all the options you need on one page. For example, let’s say you wanted to listen to the song “Piano Man” by Billy Joel.
You can type “Billy Joel “Piano Man” into your Spotlight search. It will give you a tab to go directly to the song. On Apple Music And it provides you with website links to its music videos and Wikipedia page with the song’s history, so you can get even more from your search.
