Air Force Agniver Musician Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Details

• Passed Matric/10th or equivalent with minimum pass marks of any Govt. Recognized School / Board.
• Musical Ability –

1. Candidates should be musically proficient in tempo, pitch and accuracy in singing a whole song. One preparatory tune and any notes i.e. Staff notation/Tablature/Tonic Solfa/Hindustani/Carnatic etc. Candidates should be able to tune their own instruments (if instruments require tuning) and match unknown notes to sounds. or tools.
2. Candidates should be proficient in playing any instrument.

• Music Experience Certificate –

1. 5th or equivalent or above in one instrument from a recognized music institution like TCL or RSM, KM Music Conservatory, Bangalore Music School, TSM, GMI, Berklee Music School etc. Or
2. Diploma in Music or equivalent from any recognized University for candidates doing Hindustani or Carnatic Classical Music. Or
3. Certificate of participation/awards in various events. Performance/playing of wind instruments by staff notes for such candidates.

Air Force Junior Musician Recruitment 2024 Qualification Details

1. For male candidates: The minimum acceptable height is 162 cm.
2. For female candidates: The minimum acceptable height is 152 cm. A minimum height of 147 cm will be acceptable for candidates from North East or hilly regions of Uttarakhand. The minimum height of Lakshadweep candidates will be 150 cm

• Weight – Weight should be proportional to height and age as applicable to IAF.
• chest –

1. For Male Candidates: The chest wall should be well proportioned and well built. The minimum chest circumference should be 77 cm and chest width should be at least 05 cm
2. For female candidates: The chest wall should be well proportioned and well developed with a minimum expansion of 05 cm.

• hear – Candidate should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear a forced whisper at a distance of 6 meters in each ear.
• Dentistry – He should have healthy gums, a good set of teeth and at least 14 dental points.
• Levels of vision – 6/12 each eye, 6/6 adjustable in each eye; Upper Limits of Refractive Error: Hypermetropia: +2.0D, Myopia: 1D, ±0.50D Including Astigmatism and Color Vision: CP-II
• Physical Fitness Test (PFT) – PFT consists of 1.6 km run completed in 7 minutes (for male candidates) and 1.6 km run completed in 8 minutes (for female candidates).
• Candidates must complete 10 push ups, 10 sit ups and 20 squat forms (male) and 10 sit ups and 15 squats (female).
