British fitness TikToker Hayden Rolf Amassing more than 2.5 million views, Cream appeared with a delicious bowl.
For a super velvety treat, all you need to do is blend 50ml of unsweetened almond milk, 150g of frozen strawberries, a handful of ice and a scoop of protein powder in a food processor for five minutes.
Hayden recommends topping it with your favorite cereal for added crunch.
Hayden says the entire bowl is under 200 calories, making it the perfect late-night treat to satisfy a craving.
However, commenters seem to be torn, with some excited to try the snack while others say almond milk is ‘tossed like death’.
