Intel quietly introduced a new series of processors.

We recently covered a leak of Intel’s future plans for the LGA-1700 socket, which included a product called “Bartlett Lake-S.” This product is expected to feature both an Alder Lake/Raptor Lake hybrid mold with P-Cores and E-Cores, as well as a brand new mold exclusively with P-Cores. It appears that this product may not be the only product with such a configuration.

Intel has published specifications for a new series of Core SKUs within its 14th Generation series. Their names correspond to existing SKUs, but with a number added: “1”. The full list of new models includes three Core i9 models, two Core i7 and four Core i5 SKUs. According to Intel, these SKUs are part of the Raptor Lake line.

  • Core i9-14901E
  • Core i9-14901TE
  • Core i7-14701E

  • Core i5-14501E
  • Core i5-14501TE
  • Core i5-14401E
  • Core i5-14401TE

According to Intel, these new SKUs are intended for embedded systems, meaning they are not intended for consumers. There is no reason to expect these processors to be used in gaming PCs. However, it should be noted that KE models such as the Core i9-14901KE still carry a TDP of 125W.

The i9-14901KE SKU has a higher base clock of over 600 MHz (3.8 GHz) than the consumer version, but a lower overclock (5.8 GHz instead of 6.0 GHz). There are also F-variants without integrated graphics and T-models with 45W variants instead of the 35W specification found on consumer models.

According to Intel, these SKUs are already launched, but the website doesn’t seem to be fully showing them to the public (for example, the comparison feature doesn’t work), which means they will be fully revealed soon.
