Based on the Ladli Behan Yojana administered by the Maharashtra Government, now the Maharashtra Government has launched the Ladla Bhai Yojana. CM Eknath Shinde said that in the government’s view there is no difference between men and women. If the government is to be believed, unemployment will be solved with this plan. According to this scheme, youths will receive vocational training in factories and will be given allowances from the government.

Ladli Behan Yojana was started for such women who are married, widowed and divorced and are financially weak, due to which they are unable to meet their financial needs. And now accordingly, Ladla Bhai Yojana has been announced. 6,000 for 12th pass students, 8,000 for diploma and 10,000 for post graduate students every month. The youth will also do a one-year internship. Government provides money during youth training. Young people get jobs based on internship experience. According to CM Eknath Shinde, this scheme will create skilled manpower in Maharashtra.

- 12th passed youth will be given Rs 6,000 per month.
- 8,000 rupees will be given to the youth for the diploma.
- Graduate youth will be given 10,000 rupees per month.

Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray said the government has cornered the unemployment issue after the ‘Ladli Bihan Yojana’ was announced. He said: ‘Prime Minister, you have got my sister’s plan, but you have to think about our sons too. Today many youths are unemployed in the region, there is no plan for the development and employment of the region. The budget is only for the upcoming elections. After this, Deputy CM and Finance Minister Ajit Pawar while presenting the state budget 2024-25 in the assembly announced that ‘Ladla Bhai Yojana’ will be implemented from July.
