Nintendo just updated The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Despite version 1.1.2 and no mention of it in the company’s official patch notes, users report that many of the game’s notorious (and necessary!) replay bugs have been fixed.

As we reported, several ways have been found for players for easy access to many resources and items in the game and even stack amplifiersbut at least some of them seem to have disappeared as part of the patch.

Nintendo’s official notes only state:

Ver. 1.1.2 (released on May 25, 2023)

Audio bug fixes

– Resolved the issue of the sound playing at extremely high volume under certain conditions.

Additional Corrections

– Fixed an issue with the main quest “Camerawork in the Depths” where players could not go beyond a certain point. Downloading the update will allow players to bypass that point.

– Fixed several issues to improve the game experience.

This won’t come as a surprise to anyone used to Nintendo’s vague patch notes, but the line “Fixed a few issues to improve the gaming experience” can cover a lot of ground.

Users report in this Reddit thread various replication bugs no longer worked, and our own internal testing found that the paraglider was particularly affected.

As more of these flaws are discovered every day, we don’t know yet all they have been patched or there are still undiscovered lies in the game waiting to be exploited. But if using these workarounds has made life easier for you and you want to continue doing so, you may want to disable automatic updates for your console/game if you still have time to do so. you may be too late by the time you read this, sorry!)
