Pagani continues to elevate the world of hypercars with the unveiling of its latest masterpiece, the Huayra R Evo. This open-top track hypercar not only pushes the limits of performance, but is also a significant addition to the exclusive Arte in Pista program dedicated to owners of Pagani Track Hypercars.
The Huayra R Evo draws inspiration from the worlds of IndyCar and historic Le Mans cars, boasting a ‘codalunga’ or ‘long tail’ design that embodies a carefully studied evolution aimed at the racetrack. The heart of the car is the Pagani V12-R Evo engine, a powerhouse that produces 900 horsepower at 8,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 567 lb-ft, designed to offer exhilarating performance that rivals the legends of endurance racing.
Aerodynamic efficiency has been significantly improved, with a 45 percent increase in downforce while maintaining the car’s handling comfort. This leap in performance is complemented by an interior that combines safety with the latest motorsport innovations and offers a cockpit inspired by the pinnacle of automotive technology.
The suspension sees improvements in stability and precision thanks to a new lift damper system, while the braking system has been further improved with the introduction of CCM-R self-ventilated carbon-ceramic discs mated to bespoke racing pads. This is supported by Pirelli P Zero Slick tires selected for unparalleled handling on the track in all conditions.
Starting with the launch of the Huayra R, Pagani’s Arte in Pista program has expanded Pagani customers’ experiences by offering a personalized calendar of events at prestigious FIA races worldwide. This program includes non-competitive track races, technical assistance and support from professional drivers to improve driving skills.
