Graeme Norgate (@Norgans): “It’s sad to think that Goldeneye for Switch and Xbox has been handed over to 2 different developers. You could have brought the old team back together for one more gig. We wouldn’t let you down. A labor of love is always better value than money, guys.”
Video game designer David Doak, who previously worked on GoldenEye 007, expressed his thoughts on not being “invited” to the party. Rare tweet now deleted. Several other members of the OG team also joked:
David Doak (@drdoak): “It’s obviously amazing to see GE007 re-released and I hope people have a lot of fun with it! But yeah, we weren’t invited.”
