Robert Pattinson Has Quietly Sold His Los Angeles Hills Home – Robb Report

Robert Pattinson House

It’s never officially been on the market, but records now show that Robert Pattinson has been secretly selling his longtime Los Angeles home. It flew high in the Hollywood Hills and was acquired by Batman and Twilight the home that the star sold for nearly $2.2 million nine years ago was moved in a cash deal worth exactly $3 million.

The records also show that the buyer is not a Hollywood celebrity, but an LLC linked to Frank Buckley, the $9 billion financier and CEO of Marlin Equity Partners, a hedge fund headquartered in Hermosa Beach, Calif.

Of course, it’s no surprise that Pattinson is in the mood to ditch The Bachelor. It was recently confirmed that the 37-year-old Brit is expecting his first child with long-term partner Suki Waterhouse, and the couple recently bought a bigger house elsewhere in the hills. In the summer of 2022, Pattinson shelled out $5.3 million for a gated estate previously owned by Grammy-winning musician Beck.

Since Pattinson’s recently sold Los Angeles home has not been publicly listed for sale, it’s unclear what changes and improvements the actor has made during his nearly decade of ownership. But aerial views show that the property’s exterior remains unchanged from years past, with a giant road gate shielding the property from prying eyes.

Built in the 1950s and custom-built behind another house down a long red brick driveway, the one-story hacienda has just two bedrooms and two bathrooms and measures in at a comfortable 1,940 square feet.

Inside, rustic terracotta tile floors run throughout the interconnecting living areas, with flooring transitioning to hardwood in the bedrooms. Highlights include a spacious living room with multiple French doors opening to the tree-shaded gardens, while twin arches flank a double-sided fireplace and lead to a skylight kitchen with a vaulted, wood-beam ceiling and high-end stainless appliances. Both bedrooms have custom fitted wardrobes and direct access to outdoor lounge areas; both bathrooms have vaulted and tiled showers, the hallway bathroom is decorated in cobalt blue, and the master bath is in cheery celery green.

A brick patio runs along the interior facade of the angular residence. Although the yard is somewhat small, it is also quite private and includes a grassy lawn area, a kidney-shaped pool and views of the rugged surrounding canyons. The grounds to the side and rear of the residence include several terraces and a secluded spa set on a brick terrace tightly enclosed by tall hedges for celebrity privacy. There is also an attached two-car garage.
