FLOWER BRANCH, Ga. — The Falcons have made the following roster moves, the organization announced Tuesday afternoon: Signing QB Austin Aune, DB Lukas Denis, DL LaCale London and OL Barry Wesley. In the same move, the Falcons released Jermaine Effeddin.
Efidi came to Atlanta on a one-year deal and has been with the Falcons since April 2022. The veteran offensive lineman has worked as a backup to Caleb McGarry (and Jake Matthews, if needed). McGarry (or Matthews) never missed a game in 2022, so Ifedi didn’t have a chance to play tackle in 2022 as the Falcons’ starting offensive line or in relief.
