The Denver Nuggets made their first appearance in franchise history with a 113-111 win over the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals in Los Angeles to advance to their first NBA Finals. Nikola Jokic also recorded his eighth triple-double this postseason, surpassing Wilt Chamberlain for the most triple-doubles in NBA history in a single postseason.

The Nuggets will await the winner of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics. The No. 8-seeded Heat take a 3-0 series lead into Game 4 in Miami on Tuesday.
